CTD Holdings Inc. primary business is the development and marketing of cyclodextrins and related products. The company develops cyclodextrins based applications for a wide range of industries: food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, R&D and environmental remediation.
CTD Holdings, Inc. has been the go to company for over twenty years now for anybody in need of high quality cyclodextrin compounds and expertise. The company has been in operation since 1989 and became a fully reporting public company in May of 1994.
Today, we have the largest catalogue of cyclodextrins in the world and have earned the reputation as the provider of choice for many prestigious institutions and companies alike.
In the past our market has primarily consisted of servicing R&D laboratories and product development departments requiring relatively small amounts of grade specific cyclodextrins.
While we are proud of our past, we are even more enthusiastic about the future for our company and make a real positive difference in the lives of many people.
One of our core competencies is our proprietary manufacturing process managed and operated by our wholly owned NSP subsidiary. This allows us to develop commercial scale high-grade cyclodextrin based products previously impossible due to cost constraints.

Our product portfolio currently consists of several applications ranging from environmental remediation to pharmaceutical. We are currently traded on the OTC market in the United States as well as the Frankfurter DAX.
